Soak off, flexible, 3 Step CrystaLac with unique Tiger Eye effect. The line moves when moving the hand. Apply a layer of Tiger Eye CrystaLac and cure it. Then apply another layer of Tiger Eye CrystaLac and hold the magnet still at 3-4 millimeters above the uncured surface for approximately 4-5 seconds until you acchieve the desired pattern - then cure it.
